I was so excited to get a new position on the Creative Team (CT) for designs by krista. It has been a lot of fun creating new things with her gorgeous kits. I love the colors and the themes. They are perfect to create a variety of layouts. Here is a page I scrapped with her Christmas kit "Jolly Holiday". This kit is currently 50% off! A great steal at $1.50.

My husband surprised me last Christmas with a Kindle. I am an avid reader; but it's more than reading. I love the feel of a book in my hand, the smell. He had asked me about a Kindle and I wasn't too enthusiastic about it. But then as I was doing some research and reading on it, I became intrigued. I received one, and I have to say that I LOVE it! I love the ability to carry hundreds of books with me. I love the ability to read a book while at the gym because it is lightweight and sits on the machine easily. And, because it is digital, there are no pages to turn. So, this is my layout about my "Kindle Obsession".

SAHM Scrapper: Crisp Fall Air

SAHM Scrapper (Becky) has a wonderful new kit called Crisp Fall Air out in the shop. I love this time of year and the cooling of the days, the falling leaves, the crispness that begins to be felt...it is all so wonderful. And although I have a lot of pictures of my kids in the leaves, I wanted to work with these pictures of my daughter in her Pavlik Harness after she was diagnosed with Hip Dysplacia when she was born. She hated wearing that thing (as much as I hated to put her in it), but it was well worth it because here she is a year later and there is no indication that anything was ever wrong with her. Yea!! And I also have another QP for you today. Enjoy and remember to keep smiling!

SAHM Scrapper: Gleefully Wicked

Hi All!! SAHM Scrapper (Becky) has a new kit out called "Gleefully Wicked". It is inspired by the Broadway Musical called "Wicked". I love the colors in this kit and came up with this little beauty. This is my youngest on an excursion to a local amusement park. She was just having fun walking around.

Here is another LO I created using "Sizzling Summer" by Scrappy Towne designs. I love this three generational picture of my dad, my daughter and me. We were having a good laugh...and every soul needs one now and then!

Back in Action

After taking a hiatus from scrapping, I am back in action with it. I am so happy to be back and creating again. It really is a stress-reliever for me. I recently joined Scrappy Towne's Creative Team (CT) and I am so excited to be working with her designs. This first layout (LO) is made using her "Sizzlin' Summer" kit. I just love the expressions on my daughter's face as she swings in her swing. This is her idea of a perfect day!
